April 28 – ENRICH FOR LIFE Heather Harris, Intelligence Analyst/Complex Financial Crimes/HCF/FBI, Richmond. An FBI Intelligence Analyst for 28 years, she is currently assigned to work Complex Financial Crimes and Health Care Fraud. Her topic,” The Psychology of a Scam.” The focus will be on the profile, mindset, and tactics of a fraudster. This is Part 4 of our Fraud and Scams Against Seniors program. Lunch is served at 11:45 a.m., and the program is at 12:30 p.m.
