Kehillah’s Passover a Major Hit

Just in time for Passover, Hiddr Meats VA partnered with Kehillah to bring sustainable, kosher, grass-fed and finished meat to Richmond’s Jewish community.

Through this collaboration, Hiddr Meats VA’s Charlottesville farm offered Star-K certified kosher meat in family-size packs, available for pickup at Kehillah in Midlothian—making high-quality kosher meat more accessible and affordable.

Kehillah’s Passover offerings featured this locally sourced meat at two home-hosted seders in Midlothian, which drew crowds so large that ticket sales had to be turned off.

Kehillah’s very own, community-favorite Passover Brunch, blended Jewish learning with Richmond’s love of brunch culture. It was truly magical.

Now, get ready for a joyful May with Kehillah!

Kick things off on Friday, May 9 with a warm and welcoming Shabbat Dinner at the Rabbi’s in Midlothian—come for the food, stay for the community vibes.

The next day, Shabbat Morning Torah Study at the VMFA is back! Nothing says soulful inspiration like exploring Torah on a beautiful lawn, surrounded by world-class art.

And finally, Tuesday, May 20 in Scott’s Addition we’ll tap into our inner calm at our Jewish Meditation Class hosted by Avi Calhoun, where spirituality meets stillness in a powerful way.

And just added:

Kehillah Shabbat Bagel Picnic & Torah Study | 10 AM – Noon | VFMA | Join us for Torah study on the lawn and bring a blanket and/or a folding chair if you need one.
