We are partnering with a number of local businesses and organizations for our upcoming events this month.
Our third annual Carytown Hanukkah, taking place Saturday, Dec. 4, 4:30 to 7 p.m., will be graciously hosted by Ten Thousand Villages. Additional sponsors include Perly’s Delicatessen, Gather, VA Pride, Diversity Richmond, and Carytown Merchants Association.
Menorah Lighting
Festivities will include a public Menorah lighting and Jewish music, free latkes courtesy of JewFro, hot chocolate courtesy of Ten Thousand Villages, dreidel games and prizes, and Kids’ Story Time.
Rabbi Patrick will have a booth set up to answer any questions related to Kehillah, the holiday, or Judaism in general.

We are so excited that Gather has offered us space at their Midlothian and Scott’s Addition locations for our Shabbat services! Gather provides office and coworking space throughout RVA—and this is where our team meets for planning all of Kehillah’s events! This is a great opportunity to try something new and expand further into our community.
Join us Friday, Dec. 10 from 6 to 8:30 p.m., for an indoor catered dinner, followed by soulful acoustic melodies led by Robin Rio and words of inspiration with Rabbi Patrick. All are welcome! No Kehillah or Jewish experience required.
