Winter is unfolding with traditional activities at Congregation Brith Achim.
December featured our Hanukkah party and community outreach displays (a sample of which are both pictured) and our ongoing activities include:
- Thursday night Torah study on Zoom,
- Friday night services, both in person and on Zoom,
- both children’s and adult services on select Saturday mornings, and
– innovative Hebrew lessons at area businesses and meeting places.
Torah study has been examining chapters from Rabbi Dennis Beck-Berman’s book on Pirkei Avot.
Hebrew lessons are scheduled for Feb. 11, 1 p.m., at the Chester Library.
We are actively seeking area businesses that would like to host sessions. Please contact us if you know of spaces, in places such as restaurants or breweries, for 10-20 people that would like to host a session.
For more information on any of these (including links to Zoom activities) feel free to contact us at drdaveg@gmail.com.
