Sara D. November Gallery Art Opening set for May 4

The Sara D. November Gallery at the Weinstein JCC is proud to support local artists. Most recently, the artwork of the Goodman family (Michael, Laura, and Daniel) graced the walls of the gallery in their exhibit, “Inherited Quirks: The Art of Being a Goodman.”

As that show ends, we are thrilled to announce the next exhibit, “You Belong Here: The Artwork of Weinstein JCC Members and Friends” from May 4-– June 30. This exhibit, sponsored by Hirschler, is a wonderful opportunity to share the talents of our Weinstein JCC members with the greater community.

This juried show will include fine art as well as photography chosen through a juried process by artist and educator, Richelle Kaufman-Anderson.

Richelle attended Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Art, University of Pennsylvania, where she was awarded a Bachelor of Fine Arts. Over the years she has acquired multiple awards for her artwork which has also been shown in many exhibitions.

All are welcome to join us for the gallery opening and dessert reception on Thursday, May 4 at 7 p.m. in the Sara D. November Gallery. Prizes will be awarded, and artwork will be available for purchase. Artists will be on hand to talk about their work.

Your RSVP is appreciated. Visit weinsteinjcc.org.
