Internationally acclaimed Israeli-American artist Shony Rivnay’s meticulously curated exhibit, “UNFOLDING NATURE: DANCING THROUGH WAVES,” will grace the walls of the Weinstein JCC’s Sara D. November Gallery from Sept. 7 to Oct. 26.
This exhibit is free and open to the community during the Weinstein JCC’s hours of operation.
Hailing from Tel Aviv, Shony Rivnay is a versatile artist known for his contributions across diverse mediums such as painting, sculpture, video, installation, and performance.
His solo exhibitions have garnered international attention, showcasing his creativity on a global scale.
Rivnay is a graduate of the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design in Jerusalem.
“Unfolding Nature: Dancing Through Waves” was originally presented and curated at the Jewish Federation of Cleveland during 2019 and 2021. Rivnay’s signature biomorphic forms, intentionally amplified and harmoniously melded, dominate this remarkable exhibit.
This traveling collection by the interdisciplinary Israeli-American artist, now based in Tel Aviv, marks an exciting opening to the Sara D. November art gallery season.
