Sept. 12 – Enrich For Life: Welcome Back to The JCC In-Person with speaker David Cariens, a retired CIA political analyst, author, and victims’ rights advocate writing on behalf of victims of gun violence. Currently on the Governor’s Commission to Investigate the May 31, 2019, Virginia Beach Mass Shooting. His topic will cover his work on the Commission and the current Gun Violence situation. His title is “Mass Shootings: No Excuse for Silence.”
A hot Kosher Holiday Lunch will be served at noon with speaker program at 12:30. After the program, join us for a free Enrich class with Rabbi Yosef Bart who will share remarks, “A New Look at The New Year! Topic.”
Tenatively, this speaker program will be available on Zoom. A link will be posted and sent out when it is confirmed.
